Position: SQD Manager
Responsibilities:
1、Perform pre-defined systems and process audits per recognized standards, as well as modify/create audit questions to identify and improve quality systems and processes of suppliers which affect The Company products or services.
2、Participate with suppliers and internal technical experts to develop robust quality plans that prevent problems from occurring and ensure reliable capability while minimizing costs.
3、Participate and/or lead the resolution of quality issues related to the above mentioned purchased parts through identification of root cause and the implementation and verification of effective corrective and preventive action.
4、To be Team leader to lead quality improvement project or be coordinator from SQD side with one Company facilities.
5、Account for purchasing part quality planning and PPAP.
6、To be sure PPAP on time delivery.
Requirements:
1、Bachelors degree on Engineer.
2、At least 5years experience in Quality, Supplier Quality, manufacturing process engineering/supv, or CI.
3、Fluent English both in oral and written.
4、Strong communication capability.
5、It is better to have project leader experience.
6、Shall be good at AIAG tools: APQP, PPAP, MSA, Control plan and FMEA.
7、Shall have good knowledge of process capability.
