Position Responsibility:
1.Execute in-coming quality control activities and effectively communicate results.
2.Execute finish-goods quality control activities and effectively communicate results.
3.Execute in-process quality audits and control.
4.Oversee testing and inspection data and activities.
5.Oversee the warehouse activities.
6.Oversee the DCC activities.
7.Follow up activities related to non-conformance products.
8.Follow up Corrective and Preventive actions.
9.Develop work instruction related to product inspection.
10.Work with engineers and production supervisor to analysis quality issues.
11.Work with lab leader to Effective use of the available manpower to reduce over-time hours.
12.Work with lab leader on the measurement and inspection devises management and calibration.
13.Develop and train subordinates with strong inspection skills.
Position Requirement:
1.BSc in chemistry/material/manufacturing
2.Minimum 2 years experience, working experience in a quality
management position and lab analysis would be better.
3.Be an excellent communicator,excellent team skills
4.Good knowledge in desktop computer.
5.Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
